I had the pleasure of interviewing Todd Barrs – Founding Partner at Visitor Centric and presenter at Conversion Conference, NYC after Todd’s presentation (All Together Now: Integrating Conversion Optimization into Your Marketing Strategy). While sitting down with Todd, I asked him five question pertaining to usability, testing, tools and time wastes.
