Navitas Organics manufactures and sells organic, nutritious superfoods. It launched its line of organic superfoods in 2003. Products ranging from hemp seeds and goji berries to cacao powder and protein blends have been available in retailers nationwide for many years.
In 2019, Navitas partnered with IMI to launch their first e-commerce site and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) campaigns to offer their products for sale directly from their own website. IMI is a Shopify Plus partner and built the site in this platform, utilizing strategic design, functionality, and SEO optimizations to increase site traffic and sales.
The primary goal of the new site was to increase site traffic, sessions, and revenue. Additionally, we wanted to improve keyword rankings on Google and increase return visits, leading to loyal customers and increasing customer lifetime value (LTV).
