This one is a bit more difficult to judge in our case because we used them as SEO consultants to help us transition from a flash site to a full HTML website, which would naturally bring a lot more organic traffic. However, the advice they provided along way was extremely sound and site performance so far has been great!

They were very professional and responsive the entire time. Turn around to get back to us on requests were very quick, and they were very accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better vendor experience. We were actually working with a third-party company to help with with the HTML site development and they took the time to work directly with the third party company (based in India) to get the job done.

They are very detail orientated, and are not the type to hide what they do in a mysterious shroud. Everyone on their team was knowledgeable and responsive. They provide detailed analysis and explanations of everything they do.
