Heather Molina, Director, SEO & Content
Heather Molina is the Director of SEO and Content at Internet Marketing Inc. (IMI). She has diverse digital experience, having managed digital marketing teams focused on every area of Paid, Earned and Owned. She has over 11 years of experience with SEO, Paid Search, Social and Digital Insights. Prior to joining IMI, Heather managed North American digital marketing teams at Omnicom Media Group’s Resolution Media in New York City and Toronto. Her clients included Starbucks, HBO, GSK, Sony, and Rogers Communications. She started her digital career at iProspect, and has also built SEO product-teams at Carat and GroupM’s Catalyst in Toronto. Heather has been a speaker at Future M Boston, Omnicom Media Group BOLD Leadership Conference, and Search Insider Summit on topics ranging from content marketing, SEO, social ROI, and paid media campaigns.
Justin Mayerick, VP of Paid Media
Justin Mayerick joined IMI for his deep knowledge of Web Analytics and Strategic SEM tactics. Since 1998 he has worked with hundreds of internet based-businesses that ranged from small, mid-size companies and Fortune 500 enterprises. With an array of online marketing and business development experience, Justin has a proven track record for maintaining profitable business relationships with customers, analyzing data, and implementing unique PPC strategies. He believes that successful SEM strategies come from highly efficient teams who understand the client’s business goals and are able to measure the effects of change. With a deep understanding of web analytics and data analysis, our clients' success can be measured and proven. Justin has been a speaker at conferences all over the country, been a webinar speaker, and has done training for our staff and clients.
Narin Johns, Director of Paid Media
Narin Johns has over 10 years experience in advertising and marketing with that last 8 focused on online media strategy, planning, and buying. With a background in traditional advertising including radio, print, and TV - she really understands how to execute a full service strategy for clients. She has worked in roles on the both the client and agency side and has a great deal of knowledge on how to drive strategy and results. Narin's prior experience includes working for major advertising companies such as ABC and CBS and with brands such as AIG, Disney, and UPS. She has experience in a variety of verticals including hospitality, finance, health and beauty, pharmaceutical, ecommerce, franchise, and home services to name a few. Narin believes in staying ahead of current trends and learning new strategies to incorporate into client campaigns. Narin is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego with a BA in Communications.

Adrian Vender brings over 10 years of digital analytics experience to Internet Marketing Inc. As a seasoned, industry-recognized marketing strategist, he provides a heavy emphasis on digital/interactive marketing and analytics. Adrian enjoys merging a highly operational/technical background with a passion for results-driven marketing campaigns. He also has a love for teaching and mentoring, which involves speaking at industry conferences and educating people in the office.
