Brent Gleeson, CEO

  

Brent Gleeson has extensive experience in the Internet marketing and online media industry. As co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Internet Marketing Inc. it is Mr. Gleeson's primary focus to oversee operations and execute growth strategies. Internet Marketing Inc. has become a powerful player in the industry offering website development and Internet marketing strategies/consulting to clients from California to Paris.

Gleeson has co-founded international real estate marketing companies that have achieved enormous success. In addition, Mr. Gleeson is co-owner of the West Coast office for Americas Media Group Worldwide, a leading global media agency for luxury real estate and luxury brands.

Gleeson spent five years in the United States Navy as a Navy SEAL. During his service he completed several combat deployments to Iraq and Africa in support of the War on Terror. Gleeson is involved in his community, his church, and charitable organizations such as the Naval Special Warfare Foundation, the Navy Seal Warrior Fund, and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Gleeson earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from Southern Methodist University, studied at Oxford University in England, and earned master degree in real estate finance and development from the University of San Diego.


Brandon Fishman, President

  

Brandon Fishman has over 10 years of experience in the online marketing and advertising industry. He has co-founded 5 Internet Companies and currently serves as the President of Internet Marketing Inc. Mr. Fishman's primary role is to oversee all US and International Sales as well as running the Search Engine Marketing Division of IMI.

Fishman has co-founded international real estate marketing companies that have achieved enormous success. In addition, Mr. Fishman is co-owner of the West Coast office for Americas Media Group Worldwide, a leading global media agency for luxury real estate and luxury brands.

Fishman received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Emory University and his Masters degree in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Fishman also spent time studying at The London School of Economics. Fishman is heavily involved in his community and works closely to help several charities working with Breast Cancer and the Navy Seal Warrior Fund to support the families of fallen soldiers.


Todd Soiefer, President - Northeast Region

  

Todd Soiefer recently joined Internet Marketing Inc. as President - Northeast Region. He is responsible for the management of all aspects of business operations in the Northeast region. Todd brings over eight years of experience in the financial services industry during which he also co-founded two successful start-up companies in the real estate sector.

Prior to joining Internet Marketing Inc., Todd served as a senior investment professional in a $10 billion multi-strategy, international hedge fund. Before his hedge fund experience, he was an investment banker for Deutsche Bank where he was promoted to an Associate after first serving as an Analyst. While working in finance, Todd has been engaged with numerous companies helping them grow their operations, primarily by providing strategic advice on debt/equity capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions. Todd's focus within his start-up real estate businesses has been managing their marketing strategy and internet brand presence.

Todd received a BBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a dual concentration in Marketing and Finance. Todd is involved with several charitable organizations, is an active member of the National Audubon Society, and periodically lectures in finance at Morehouse College.


Justin Cohen, President - Southwest & Mountain Regions

  

As a Partner at Internet Marketing Inc., Justin Cohen oversees the management of all aspects of business operations in the Southwest and Mountain regions. He brings with him over 7 years of interactive marketing and management experience. He was an integral part of highly successful teams at Expedia.com, as well as with several high-profile Las Vegas-based real estate development and marketing firms.

In his first venture into true entrepreneurship, Justin was an integral member of the team that launched Ground Break Marketing, a Las Vegas-based Luxury Residential Sales & Marketing firm. While with Ground Break, he conceptualized, launched and managed the worldwide luxury condo brokerage website Condominiumcentral.net. Prior to joining Ground Break, Justin was a key architect of the interactive marketing efforts for the W Las Vegas and is credited with developing a strategy that resulted in the sourcing of more than $100M in hotel-condominium sales online. Before contributing to the efforts of the Sales & Marketing team, Justin managed the pre-development critical path and timeline process for the multi-billion dollar resort development project.

In the early years of his real estate and hospitality career, Justin held positions at several fine restaurants and hotels, two hospitality-focused dot com companies and in commercial real estate sales & leasing. Through a combination of business and personal experience, he received an extensive education in the online, hospitality and real estate businesses. He has enjoyed six years of charitable service with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada. Justin also works extensively with the Las Vegas food bank Three Square and is an Advisory Board member of a newly founded Las Vegas-based non-profit web portal. He graduated from the Hotel School at Cornell University, where he was a two-time winner of the School's Undergraduate Research Competition. Originally hailing from Boston, Justin is an avid sports fan and occasional golfer.


Myles Vives, COO

Myles Vives has 8 years of corporate management and operations experience in the BPO, mobile technology, and sports and entertainment industries. He is currently a board member of Asia Pacific Ad Pharma and runs several small businesses. He has lived and worked throughout the U.S., South America, and Southeast Asia, giving him a deep understanding of both Western and Eastern cultures and business practices. He is also a J.D. and M.B.A. candidate with a marketing specialization. At Internet Marketing, Inc. , Myles has his hand in all areas of the business focusing on strategy and operations. He believes in continuous improvement and strives to exceed client expectations.


Benj Arriola - SEO Director

  

Benj Arriola has been in the SEO space since 2004 and in web design and development since 1997. Benj has a very comprehensive and detail-driven SEO approach to every project concentrating on maximum results with minimum efforts to get the best out of SEO that economically scales over time. As the SEO Director, Benj will be the main SEO Strategist and Trainer of the company using up-to-date, ethical SEO methodologies.

Aside from a wealth of experience in working with top brand Fortune 1000 SEO clients, prior to Internet Marketing, Inc. Benj has been a speaker in various major conferences here and abroad and also smaller local meet-up groups. He regularly contributes to some online SEO forums and for fun. Benj has joined many SEO keyword ranking competitions in the past and has won several from 2006 to 2009 with the most prestigious among them was the 2007 SEO World Championship where Benj won a brand new car beating other SEO professionals from other countries.


Seda Dogan, SEM Director

Seda Dogan has joined IMI to bring her deep knowledge of SEM working on various clients from small, mid-size companies to Fortune 500 enterprises. Most recently, she managed the global SEM program for Adobe overseeing a global team in Europe, Asia and Japan. The search program won prestigious industry awards in 2008 and 2009 – Search Engine Watch, MIXX.

She believes that successful SEM strategies come from highly efficient teams who understand the client's business goals and can build/deploy search programs to achieve those goals. She has a sophisticated understanding of analytics, search industry dynamics and data analysis. Seda has a bachelor's degree in engineering. She worked briefly at engineering firms before getting her MBA degree at Koc University-Istanbul, Turkey where she graduated 2nd in class. She has worked at Sony Electronics at Istanbul, lived in Germany for a while before moving to San Diego and getting introduced to Search Marketing in 2003. She has worked at in-house and agency teams. She also holds a master's degree in Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University.


Sean Klope, Website Development Director

  

Sean Klope never planned to be a web developer; it just happened. He started out in the Navy as a meteorologist and quickly converted to a graphic and desktop designer role while working at the Joint Typhoon Warning Center on the tropical island of Guam. Changing direction in his career choice eventually led to designing and building websites for the various companies where he worked.

Sean has been involved with the internet and web design since CompuServe was the leader on the email front and MS Frontpage was the lead design tool! Since exiting the Navy in 1993, he has provided web and marketing support to a variety of organizations; manufacturers, environmental, retail and interactive design agencies as well as owning/running his own web design and development company. He is now the Director of Web Development here at IMI, guiding the flow of development and keeping up with the most modern and most efficient, secure and dynamic website coding available.

Sean's abilities span a great deal of expertise in the field, including: server setup and technical support (LAMP or Windows IIS), database management (MSSQL and MySQL), HTML, PHP, CSS, Flash and ActionScript and all aspects of design and user interface.

One of Sean's proud spotlights in his career was designing the current "Top-Flite" logo which he created for Callaway Golf while working there on temporary assignment in 2008. More recently, in his first 6 months at IMI, he developed and launched an interactive travel website using advanced smarty template design with a database backend: www.mktravelplan.com.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys outdoor activities including sailing, hiking, camping, beach volleyball and running. He has two daughters that he spends the majority of his free-time with.


Eric Brandt, Senior Account Manager

Eric Brandt graduated with an International Business degree with a concentration in Marketing and a French Minor from James Madison University. Since graduating, Eric has worked for the Corporate Executive Board, servicing large accounts including Pepsi Bottling, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, American Express Company, Citigroup Inc. and the New York Stock Exchange. Eric continued his success at the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) where he gained knowledge working in the print, direct marketing and internet advertising industry. Eric's work modernized tracking and reporting for ASTD prior to his relocation to San Diego, CA.

Since moving to California, Eric has spun magic in the agency world, managing many successful Organic SEO, SEM, Social Media and Online Reputation Management campaigns. Eric specializes in the integration of online marketing with traditional marketing efforts, website usability and analytics analysis. His diverse experience and knowledge of the online market space are critical to the success of Internet Marketing Inc.


Laura Hartman, Senior Account Manager

Originally from New Hampshire, Laura graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in French and Italian. Returning to Boston after living in Paris, Florence and Sardinia, she entered the digital space with an ecommerce startup selling American made products. Since moving to California, Laura has been working with clients across a variety of industries to incorporate the latest digital technologies into their brands. By helping her clients understand and embrace these technologies as well as define the proper metrics to effectively measure campaigns, her projects have produced exceptional results. Laura brings years of experience in managing open source ecommerce and website development projects as well as developing and implementing an effective marketing mix and social media strategy.

Additionally, Laura has also led agencies to streamline and structure internal processes to successfully increase productivity, communication and accountability. Laura joins the IMI team to ensure that clients receive the best service possible.


Kate Riley, SEO Project Manager

Kate Riley has four years of internet marketing experience and is Google Adwords certified. As the SEO Project Manager, she implements extensive analysis, diagnostics, and research into client campaigns to achieve maximum success. Prior to joining Internet Marketing Inc., Kate was the SEO Specialist and Writer for Internet Matrix, where she won Performance of the Year and helped the company increase its profits by 48% from her SEO efforts and client testimonials.

Kate was introduced to new media and search engine optimization while working at HulalaGirls.com, a multimedia start up brand for girls from the creator of an Emmy winning Warner Brothers TV show. There, she was responsible for online marketing, digital content distribution, and business development.

Kate double majored in English and Government at St. Lawrence University and is published in several journals including The St. Lawrence Review and ChiroTouch Magazine. She has interned at City of Hope, Syracuse University Radio Station Z-89, and Onondaga County Probation Department. In her spare time, she volunteers with FOCAS- Friends of County Animal Shelters.


Nicole Stillings, Senior Marketing Consultant

  

Nicole Stillings has been with Internet Marketing Inc. for just over a year. She currently serves as a Senior Marketing Consultant and Project Manager at the IMI New York regional office. She works on several different projects from SEO to website design and development, but mainly focuses on large-scale social media campaigns.

She made her debut into the Marketing world after serving various different positions in Public Relations and Political Consulting. Nicole began her career as a Research Assistant for Powell Tate at their prestigious Asia headquarters branch in Beijing, China. At the PRWeek "Agency of the Year," she serviced several large clients, such as the 2008 Olympics, Mercedes Benz Asia, Temasek and the former Secretary of the Treasury, John Snow. Post Asia, Nicole headed to a sister company of Powell Tate, Weber Shandwick Worldwide-both owned by Interpublic Group. At Weber Shandwick, Nicole was responsible for managing the press campaigns of several non profit clients and worked on a team to service various accounts, such as Coca Cola, the Tennessee Valley Authority and the Cherry Marketing Institute. Nicole was also responsible for the press of the Weber Shandwick Atlanta branch, where she was based, and garnered coverage of the company on CNBC, the Atlanta Journal Constitution and more.

Nicole studied at various different universities across the globe, including Sciences Po a Paris, Peking University 在北 (in Beijing) and Emory University in Atlanta. She received a dual degree in International Relations and Sociology from Emory University and graduated as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Nicole still stays involved with her alma mater as the VP of Communications for the Alumnae Women of Emory group and loves working in a fast-paced, challenging environment with fellow alumni.


Ana Fajardo, Vice President - Southeast Region and Latin America

She is responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing for the Southeast Regions and Latin America. Ana is an accomplished Sales and Marketing professional that brings with her over 20 years of diverse Sales and Marketing experience in senior level positions with top fortune 500 companies. Joining IMI in mid 2008, Ana successfully consults business owners on how to market their company through the internet in order to achieve their ROI goals.

Prior to partnering with Internet Marketing Inc. Ana was directly responsible for the growth and success of several companies as well as her own businesses. She held positions such as VP of Marketing and Sales director for Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson, AT&T Corporate where she earned several achievement awards and ranked in the top 5 nationally for sales during her tenure with these companies. Ana later co-founded and operated Fortune House International Realty that produced over $300Million in sales yearly both domestically and internationally.

Ana achieved a BBA in Marketing and Business Administration form Sam Houston State University where she was the President of the Marketing Club for 3 years and a Senior Manager of the Marketing research department of the University. She holds a Real Estate Brokers and Mortgage Brokers license for the past 10years. She is involved in her church and several charitable organizations as well as the American Heart Association fund raising events.


Rafael O. Villa, President - Southeast & Latin America Regions

As a Partner at Internet marketing Inc, Rafael O. Villa oversees the management of all aspects of business operations and sales for the South East Region and Latin America. His strong Public Relations and Marketing experience has enabled him to successfully consult our clients on all aspects of sales and marketing through the internet.

Prior to joining Internet Marketing Inc. Rafael was the Co-founder and president of Fortune House International Realty with over 1.5 billion dollars of international listings and sales toping over $300,000,000 per year. Rafael has a strong operational back ground with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality Industry and has held senior level positions such as President and General Manager for several five star/five diamond Hotels. He was also the Principal and CEO for Fortune House Hotel and the fortune house companies for over 10 years.

Rafael is a Career/Pilot Flight Engineer. He holds several certifications in corporate strategic sales, marketing, and operations. He achieved several awards in the hospitality industry for his leadership skills and accomplishments. Rafael is actively involved in several charitable organizations.
