POSITION: SEO MANAGER
Experience: 3 to 4 years minimum of agency experience
Education Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
Basic Skills: SEO strategy, keyword research, keyword mapping, sound writing skills, ability to analyze a client’s website and make architectural recommendations, ability to implement diagnostic recommendations, content optimization, keen understanding of analytics and how to use insights to make actionable recommendations, preparation of documents
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate SEO strategy and technical recommendations to both client C-Suite executives and IT/Development teams; comfortable on the phone or in person with clients with sound presentation skills
Leadership Skills: Ability to drive processes within the SEO department, manage resources, and oversee campaign management while being hands on and managing key client campaigns
Additional Responsibilities:
- Process improvement – creating greater efficiencies in the SEO process
- Strategy and analytics – analyzing campaigns and identifying areas of opportunity, adding value to campaigns through creative concepts
- Working with AM’s and other departments on creating holistic solutions for client campaigns that involve multiple services outside of SEO
- Potentially involvement with sales team in pitching clients when needed
- Training new team members on processes as we grow

POSITION: SEO SPECIALIST

Basic Skills: SEO strategy, keyword research, keyword mapping, sound writing skills, content optimization, ability to implement on-page SEO elements and/or instruct a client’s IT team member in doing so, understanding of analytics and how to use insights to make actionable recommendations, preparation of documents and reporting, proactive and team-driven, ability to think creatively, good writing skills, ability to drive a campaign forward and manage the client’s expectations, ability to develop a strategic SEO plan identifying opportunities while also considering possible limitations in resources technology obstacles, needs minimal supervision and is a fast learner, good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate SEO strategy and technical recommendations to clients; comfortable on the phone or in person with clients with sound presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to processes changes; willing to help team members on tasks outside the scope of their duties;

POSITION: PPC SPECIALIST
Overview:
- Will work directly under IMI’s PPC Director and directly manage client campaigns
- Must have experience managing multiple PPC campaigns at one time
- Need to have a sound understanding of Google Analytics, various SEM tools, and Excel
- Need to have at least two to three years of experience, a proven track record, and two references available
Responsibilities:
- Receive direct supervision and work direction from supervisor, but must be able to work independently and manage time effectively in order to meet individual project time goals and quarterly goals.
- Perform keyword research on small to medium sized business’ websites using Google keyword tool and internal research processes.
- Write search engine advertisements and generate traffic to websites utilizing pay per click accounts with major search engines.
- Write effective, compelling ad copy free of spelling and grammatical errors.
- Perform advanced account setup within Google, Yahoo, and Bing search marketing interfaces.
- Analyze click data for quality and positive ROI
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize web analytics to analyze and optimize campaigns.Maintain strong relationship with Account Management to understand customer’s expectations, questions, and concerns.
- Recommend additional products and services to help customers become more successful online.
- Help to identify weakness in product and/or process and provides suggestions for improvement.
- Effectively manage multiple client accounts on an ongoing basis including keyword research, writing ad copy, account set-up in search engines and monitoring.
- Utilize company systems to log activity and manage client relationships.
- Send weekly reports to supervisor that includes work done, customer issues, sales issues, and ideas to enhance current processes.
- Work directly with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend team, department and company-wide meetings.
- Escalate issues through the proper channels.
- Ensure compliance to Company and client standards.
- Stay current in PPC techniques.
- May participate in other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Mathematics.
- 3-4 years’ experience with online marketing including managing PPC accounts on Google, Bing and other major search engines.
- Advanced knowledge of online marketing, excel, and web analytics.
- Knowledge of organic and paid search results on the major search engines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate with clients in a consultative manner
- Cooperative team player with the ability to work independently
- Effective organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating ability to work closely with clients and succeed in a team environment.
